How much does it cost to live in one of the homes?

Prices vary depending on the home size. However, the price range is between $700-$900 monthly per person for a shared room.

How much is the application fee?

We do not charge any fees to apply.

Are there any additional fees?

There is a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 due at move in.

Do I need a certain credit score to be approved?

We consider various aspects of your application to determine if you are a good fit for one of our homes.

How long is the approval process?

Typical approval time is one week.

Once approved, how soon can I move in?

If we have availability at the time of your application, you can move in once first months fees have been paid.

What services do you offer?

Our independent living homes do not offer any personal care, medical or assisted living services.

What's included in the monthly membership fee?

Your monthly membership includes access to the home, your bed, water, electric, gas, internet access and pest control. Bed and bathroom linens are also included.

Are the homes co-ed?

No.

Are there house rules?

Yes. You will be provided house rules after approval and before officially moving in.

Can I bring my own furniture?

No. Our homes are fully furnished therefore no outside furniture is allowed.
